I tried on four pairs of climbing shoes in the store. These shoes were by far the most comfortable. I'm not sure why they all don't have padding like these. Climbing with them is a breeze and I love being able to undo the straps when resting. No blisters after first two days of wear. I did find the fit a bit shorter than the other shoes. I'm usually a 7-7.5 but I ended up exchanging the 38.5 for a 39.
I'm a newbie climber and my mom got me these shoes as a holiday gift. I climb in them every week and find them extremely comfortable. Fit wise, they are a little big and I did have to size down half a size. My only issue is I'm a bit embarrassed by the sweat stains (sweat shows through the suede upper and stains the area dark).
Impressed with the edge on the toes but not as form fitting in the foot area as I like in a climbing shoe. I think these shoes are suited for beginner climbers because they are comfortable to keep on for over 2 hours of climbing.
Definitely the shoe to get if you're just starting out. I could wear this for 2+ hours without taking them off they're that comfortable
